Objectives

Guiding the students and the staff of "Danubius" University with the purpose of self-knowledge through the use of specific techniques and tools;
Supporting the students and the staff of "Danubius" University in using the skills / competencies / own abilities in order to ensure their professional and personal growth;
Encouraging and supporting the students and the staff of "Danubius" University in order to develop new skills / competencies / abilities;
Preparing the students and graduates of "Danubius" University for the integration into the labor market through the appropriation of operating procedures of employment opportunities;
Facilitating the access for students and graduates of "Danubius" University at potential employers by establishing partnerships / collaborations with trade unions, employers, businesses, NGOs, which can provide either jobs for university graduates or internship opportunities;
Improving the didactic activity by supporting the personal and professional growth of the DUG personnel.
